TrimbleStrong the Journey Begins

Dear Jenks Trojans Family and Friends,

Some of you may be aware of the challenges that I have had with my health the last couple of seasons. I have undergone a number of examinations and tests, visited with several great doctors, and even had a couple of surgeries only to continue to have progressive and peculiar symptoms continue. This process of elimination and more specialized testing has finally revealed that I have ALS, commonly referred to as Lou Gehrig's Disease.

While this diagnosis is a tough one with plenty of challenges ahead, I can think of no better place to be than arm in arm with our Trojan family.God has led me to a fabulous physician who is guiding my family and I through this entire process and he has given me great encouragement to continue my mission in coaching full speed ahead, and that's what my wife Courtney and I believe our mission should be.

Faith, Family, Academics and Football have always been the Trojan's four priorities and we will continue to hold them in highest regard as we continue moving forward.

My family and I would appreciate your prayers on our behalf as we completely trust in Jesus and his healing power.Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your tremendous support and for trusting us to work with your kids, we appreciate each of you and look forward to an awesome season full of excitement.

Sincerely,

Coach Allan Trimble, Courtney, Tylar and Tori
